Saint Patrick

This book was provided to me byThomas Nelson. It is a complimentary copy of this book.

Saint Patrick is a short book, but it's also pretty interesting. It's basically the life story of Saint Patrick and I actually found it fascinating.

Saint Patrick was sold into slavery as a teenager and worked as a shepherd. Eventually he escaped and made it back home. Once home, he began ministering and baptizing thousands of people.

This book tells the story of how Saint Patrick overcame his terrible situation as a slave and became a brave soul who was able to heed the call of God and help many others.

Not exactly the type of book I'd read again, but it was definitely an interesting read.

The Map by David Murrow

This book was provided to me byThomas Nelson. It is a complimentary copy of this book.

I read this book out of pure curiosity. I'm not really a religious person, nor do I read things with religious themes. Sadly, I couldn't even get into this book and it took me forever to finish it. Absolutely boring to me and provided me no insight into anything. Now I know why I don't read stuff like this.

They were trying to find The Map that was thought to be an old parchment paper but what they found out was something entirely different. The Map was in the Bible and David was shown where in a basement of an old monastery.

This book The Map teaches about how Jesus walked and how men in our own day should follow Him.

I found it to be monotonous and I just didn't like this book at all.
